Dubai: Three-time IPL champions Chennai Super Kings are back in action again as they face Sunrisers Hyderabad in the Indian Premier League (IPL) on Friday (October 2) at Dubai International Stadium.

Although both teams have lodged a single win from three games, the Sunrisers Hyderabad come into this game after an extraordinary win against the Delhi Capitals. Fabulous performances from Afghan sensation Rashid Khan and T Natarajan helped them to victory after close defeats to Royal Challengers Bangalore and Kolkata Knight Riders.

The onus will be on captain David Warner and Jonny Bairstow up the order to deliver a perfect start. Manish Pandey and Kane Williamson also bagged some runs under their umbrella in the middle order.

On the other hand, CSK haven’t played a game for nearly a week which gave them a chance to introspect after losses against Delhi and Rajasthan Royals and would be hoping to rectify themselves. Few changes in the side are expected after it was declared both Ambati Rayudu and Dwayne Bravo are fit to play as they seek their second win.

CSK have an outstanding record against the Sunrisers with nine wins in twelve games. However, they have to be conscious against an in-form Rashid as both sides seek a notable win on Friday. With two valuable points to occupy, both teams to showcase their strongest sides in what should be a cracking encounter.
