IND vs NZ, 1st Test, Day 1 Review : Washington Sundar’s 7-fer dominate New Zealand

Pune : India with help of Washington Sundar’s 7-fer dominated New Zealand at Maharashtra Cricket Association , Pune, in Day 1 of 1st Test.

New Zealand Batters with likes of Devon Conway (76) & Rachin Ravindra (65) dominated Indian bowlers. Ravi Ashwin was the lone bowler taking wickets with 3-fer in 1st Session.

With Sundar’s introduction and Ball getting older, he soon rattled up Kiwi line up with a spell of 7/59, for 259 runs.

With Indian coming to Bat at end of the Day, Tim Southee dismissed Rohit Sharma for a duck and India ended the day with 16-1.
