Critics think this might be a reply to it in support of sports.

The Calcutta Sports Journalists’ Club held their annual award ceremony where sports delegates like Achinta Sehuli, Sourav Ghosal, Manoj Tiwary, Souvik Chakraborty and others. The ceremony was also attended by Volleyball Premier League champions Kolkata Thunderbolts. Indian Volleyball star Umar Farooq Halder was also appreciated as Best Indian Volleyball player.

Indian veteran batsman Manoj Tiwary got well appreciated for his immersive performance in Ranji Trophy last season for Bengal. The cricketer turned Member of West Bengal Legislative Assembly scored a couple of ton in the knockout series to clinch the match for Bengal. Speaking of former BCCI President Sourav Ganguly, Manoj said, “As a youngster, he was my role model. He pulled team India out of such a controversial phase.” MS Dhoni might have given the World Cup to India but it was the Prince of Bengal who presented him the players. “Harbhajan Singh, Virendra Sehwag, Zaheer Khan, Yuvraj Singh including the whole squad was made my Dada”.
