Sydney: David Warner is one of the most entertaining cricketers in the world. Despite his batting skills he also enjoys a massive fan base. The Australian was recently asked by his fans to name his favourite teammate in the IPL. He picked Priyam Garg as his favourite from the squad.
Taking his social media handle he shared a picture with Priyam Garg, and captioned it
“A lot of fans have asked me who was my favourite in our team this year? I don’t have any as all my team mates are my favourites but this bloke @garg_priyam is a very funny boy he made us laugh very much and what a talent he is. #cricket #talent,” the Australian opener wrote on Instagram.

Warner’s groin injury has ruled him out of in the second ODI. While fielding against India he limped off the field in Sydney on Sunday (November 29) after injuring himself while trying to field the ball.
Australia head coach Justin Langer said that Warner would utilise the time to recover, with an aim to get fit in time for the first Test, starting December 17. This is a second blow for Australia earlier Marcus Stoinis sustained an injury during the first ODI.
