Broken with 2 heavy defeats, India were determined to win their 1st, with this firm determination, India opened the sheets in the 36th minute , when Sulanjana found the nets, chipping past the goal keeper. Just before half time, she found the net yet again to score her brace.
In the 2nd half too, India dominated IR Iran, didn’t concede a single goal and it was in the 88th minute, with a good assist from Viksit Bara, Sulanjana, with a low shot towards the net, scored her hattrick and gave India a 3-0 win.
