Kolkata : FC Goa has been placed in Group D as the draw for AFC Champions League Two 2025-26 took place in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on Friday.

The Gaurs secured a spot in the playoff round of the competition after winning the Super Cup title in May. In the subsequent qualifier match against Oman club, Al Seeb, FCG managed to win 2-1 and cement its spot in the group stage.
To the delight of Football fans, Cristiano Ronaldo’s Al Nassr have also been placed in Group D along with FC Goa.
In the group stages, it will be played in Home and Away format. It means that FC Goa will travel to Riyadh for a match against Al Nassr, and the Saudi giants will also come to Goa for a match in the group stages.
However, whether Ronaldo will come to India is doubtful since as per Ronaldo’s new contract, he will not travel to any other country to play away matches in ACL 2. But it would be treat to watch both clubs competing against each other, and a prestigious moment for Indian Football to compete at one of the biggest stage. Goa might face Ronaldo as an opponent during the away fixture at Riyadh.
Apart from Al Nassr, Al Zawaraa SC from Iraq, FC Istiklol from Tajikistan are also placed along with Goa in Group D.
