Kolkata : Murshidabad Kueens defeated Servotech Siliguri Strikers by 7 wickets in Semi Final 2 to enter Bengal Women’s T20 League 2026 final.
Siliguri Strikers Batting first posted 129/7 in 20 overs, with help of Dyuti Paul (49) and Priyanka Bala (45). Despite loss of early wicket, Dyuti and Priyanka notched crucial 88 runs partnership. However, a lower order collapse restricted them to post any big total.
Tanushree Sarkar (3-30) and Jahanbi Raj Paswan (2-22) were the pick of the Murshidabad bowlers.
In reply, Murshidabad went over the line scoring 130.3 in 18.1 overs. Despite early wicket loss for 4 runs, Shivanshi Tiwari scored brilliant half century – 58*(55) comprising 8 boundaries. She was accompanied well by captain Tanushree (26*) and Prativa Rana (24*).
With this win Murshidabad have sealed the place in final for second time in Bengal Women’s T20 League history and will face Adamas Howrah Warriors who earlier defeated Shrachi Rarh Tigers in semi final 1.
