Virat Kohli likely to miss India’s warm-up game against Bangladesh ahead of World T20

Mumbai: On the Saturday evening the first batch of Indian cricketers departed for United States ahead of World T20.

Along with the Indian coach Rahul Dravid, captain Rohit Sharma and few members of the team and supporting staffs all were departed from Mumbai in the Saturday evening.

However, Virat Kohli didnt travel with the team and likely to miss the warm up game against Bangladesh on June 1.

“Kohli had informed us way beforehand that he will be joining the team late and that is why the BCCI has kept his visa appointment for a later date. He is expected to fly out to New York in the early morning of May 30th. The BCCI has agreed to his request,” stated by a BCCI official to the media.
