Opting to bat, Adamas Howrah Warriors posted 135/8 in 20 overs, thanks to Shakir Habib Gandhi (29), Agniswar Das (22 not out).
Pradeep Kumar (2-21) and Vishal Bhati (2-28) stood out with the ball for Harbour Diamonds.
In reply, Harbour Diamonds went over the line, scoring 138/7 in 19.2 overs.
