Kolkata: The Golden Age began in Spain. Coach De La Funte’s team made history by winning the Euro. The finals of the Euros pitted two of Europe’s strongest teams, Harry Kane’s England on one side and Spain, made up of young Turks, on the other.
Gareth Southgate’s side were virtually blown away by Spain in the final. 2-1 win Lamine – Nico.

A few more attacks followed, but Spain did not gain much. There were also several finishing mistakes. Although almost three chances came to Morata, the Spanish striker could not convert them into goals. England equalized with Palmer’s goal in the 73rd minute of the game.
But even then, the Spanish national team should take England by the hand. At the very last moment of the game in the 86th minute, Mikel Oyarzabals goal snatched the victory from the hands of England, the national team of Spain. Thus once again the curse of England captain Harry Kane remained eternal.
