Kolkata : Sobisco Smashers Malda defeated Rashmi Medinipur Wizards by 5 wickets at JU Campus, Kolkata, in Bengal Pro T20 (Women’s) 2025.
Malda bowling first, took regular wickets of Medinipur. Apart from efforts of Ipsita Mondal (22) & Shivanshi Tiwari (29), whole Medinipur lineup got bundled at 97.
Mamata Kisku picked 3-fer, Jhumia Khatun bagged 2 wickets.
Chasing 98 runs, the pathway of Malda wasn’t easy as throughout the chase they lost 5 wickets. But Sukanya Parida (22), Shrabani Paul (24), skipper Hrishita Basu (16*) guided Malda past the target in 17.3 overs.
