Kolkata : Bengal pacer Ishan Porel is set to roll his arms for Sobisco Smashers Malda in upcoming Bengal Pro T20 League 2025 under Indian pacer and his fellow Bengal teammate Mukesh Kumar. This is Ishan’s 2nd consecutive season at Malda.

The runners up Sobisco Smashers Malda will have strong pace lineup with inclusion of these 2 premier Pacers.
Ishan Porel, one of the key figures in India’s U19 WC 2018 victorious squad carries good experience having played for Bengal. He was also part of Punjab Kings in 2021 IPL.
Porel has represented Bengal in 46 FC & 36 LA matches taking 127 & 54 wickets respectively. He’s been in good form during Ranji Trophy 2024 too. His experience and services will be vital for Malda.
Malda’s captain Mukesh Kumar needs no introduction. Known for his wicket taking abilities, Mukesh has played 26 international matches for India and picked up 32 wickets.
Mukesh is also one of the giants in domestic Cricket, picking up 207 wickets in 51 FC matches for Bengal. He also led Malda to last year’s final, which was a washout.
Malda will take on Murshidabad Kings on June 11, in opening match of Bengal Pro T20 League 2025. Both were last year’s finalists.
