Shrachi Rarh bowling first, destroyed top order of Siliguri picking skipper Anustup Majumdar, in form Ankur Paul and Suraj Sindhu Jaiswal.
Crucial knocks of in form Subham Chatterjee (39), Lokesh Gait (31) and an unbeaten cameo of Tarun Godara (20*) brought Siliguri’s score to 160/8 (20).
Chasing 161, Shrachi Rarh Tigers lost first wicket of Kazi (1) in first over for 10 runs.
However, Gaurav Chauhan had other plans. With 5 sixes and 11 boundaries, he played gem of a knock – 103* (55), the maiden hundred by any player in Bengal Pro T20 League history.
