RCB Batting first started off well with 61 runs opening stand between Phil Salt (37) & Virat Kohli (22).
However, after Salt’s wicket in 4th over, things began to turn for RCB as they slowed down besides losing wickets at regular intervals.
It was due to Tim David (37*) cameo in last over of innings bowled by Mukesh Kumar that he smashed for 19 runs and took RCB to 163-7 (20).
Vipraj Nigam & Kuldeep Yadav picked 2 wickets.
Chasing 164 runs, DC struggled initially and were 58-4 (8.4).
KL Rahul (93*) & Tristan Stubbs (38*) took slow approach and started building partnership.
Rahul shifted the momentum in 16th over bowled by Josh Hazelwood’s, smashing 22 runs, erasing DC’s pressure, and from there he didn’t look back.
