Manu Bhaker opens up on her return to shooting arena

Kolkata : Indian Shooting sensation, Manu Bhaker double medalist at Paris Olympics 2024 has revealed her return time to Shooting arena.

Manu created history, winning 2 Bronze Medals in a single edition of Olympics.

After the Olympics, she went on a long break and hasn’t returned to Shooting yet. She also opted to stay out of ISSF World Cup Final, which is scheduled to take place from October 13 to 18 in New Delhi.

Her coach Jaspal Rana said that after putting in the hard yards, the youngster deserved some time away from the sport.

However, now, the Shooting sensation , Manu has opened up on her return date to Shooting arena.

In her Social media post, she revealed that she’ll return to Shooting Ranges from November and start practice again.

She said, “For all those who are asking me what has changed in my life after I won the medals: NOTHING. I am the same Manu Bhaker and enjoying my break. I will return to the shooting ranges in November and start training again. Thanks for your love and attention”. 

Earlier too, Manu, giving an insight into her journey to Olympics glory, stated that she’ll aim to win Gold Medal for India next time.

She wrote on social media , “I was 14 when I started my journey in shooting. Never had I imagined I would reach this far. Once you start something, make sure you do everything possible to chase your dreams relentlessly, no matter how tough it gets. Stay focused, stay driven, and let your passion fuel your journey. Every small step forward brings you closer to greatness. Keep going, you’re capable of much more than you imagine! And, yes, my dream of winning Olympic gold medals continues.”

Her return to Shooting arena will give rise to new hopes for more glory to Indian Shooting.
