Harare : India’s tour of Zimbabwe comprising 5 T20Is to start tomorrow.
Today, the newly appointed Indian skipper for the series revealed the Batting position of top 3 Batters.
That is, he himself will open with left arm spinner all rounder Abhishek Sharma , who had a wonderful IPL season opening for Sunrisers Hyderabad along with Travis Head, thereby, getting maiden call up for the tour.
Following them at number 3 will be the Chennai Super Kings new skipper Ruturaj Gaikwad.
“Abhishek Sharma will open with me and Ruturaj Gaikwad will bat at No.3,” said the Indian skipper Gill to Harare reporters today.

The series will kick start tomorrow and end on July 14.
