
Lucknow: India skipper Rohit Sharma again made his way into the book of records when he completed 37 runs in the 1st T20 against Sri Lanka on Thursday.
Following Sri Lanka’s decision to bowl first, Rohit Sharma opened the innings with Ishan Kishan and struck 44 off 32 balls to surpass the likes of New Zealand’s Martin Guptill and his colleague Virat Kohli.
Sharma has 3301 runs, which put him slightly above Guptill (3299) and Kohli (3296).

Not to mention that both Guptill and Kohli are active players and the difference between the scores is not much, thus the rivalry between the three will be fierce from now on.
